Carolyn Dulin, former Rochester resident and clay artist, will be one of the featured artists at Eugenia’s Third Street Hair Gallery during the Downtown Rochester Gallery stroll. Judy Yaker, wildlife photographer just back from Alaska, David Perez, inner city photographer and Painter Ken Taylor will also have their works at Eugenia’s during the stroll.
