Artist and Master Gardener Cheryl English works in mid-range stoneware to create natural and whimsical ceramic pieces reflecting observations and inspirations from nature, especially her garden - which includes several dozen Clematis and nearly 200 native plant species. Many of her pieces are often functional as well as decorative and can be used in the garden as well as in the home. All of her work is created using various hand-building techniques, including tile, extrusion and slab methods.
