Village of Rochester Hills Salutes Mom’s on Mother’s Day Weekend New Stores, FREE Yoga & FREE Frozen Yogurt

The Village of Rochester Hills is taking Mother’s Day to a new level this year. “We decided we wanted to be a part of the celebration”, explained marketing director, Shelleen McHale. “It’s not just about the gifts, it’s about spending time with moms that are an important part of your life too.”

The Village will be offering an array of activities on Mother’s Day weekend; starting with the openings of two new stores on Friday, May 9, 2014!

Lane Bryant returns to the Village and Paper Source opens their doors on the same day too. “Two great additions to the Village that service our local moms.”

FREE Yoga for everyone will be offered on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 9am in the Moosejaw shop in the Village. Updog Yoga will be treating moms to some relaxation and rejuvenation with the OM Squad bringing “Yoga 2 Life.”

Whether you have always wanted to give yoga a try or are a true Yogini, all are welcome. “It’s the perfect day to start taking care of yourself,” states manager Tina Pautz of Updog Yoga.
