Thank You to the Rochester Community for the generous support of Relay For Life!

The Rochester Relay for Life was a great success, raising more than  $120,000.00 so far for the American Cancer Society with donations still coming in.

But, none of it would have been possible without the support from the Rochester community. On behalf of the entire Relay for Life Committee, they would like to thank the following:

And, to the speakers, perfomers and other event volunteers including the Opening Cermony speaker, Rochester Mayor Pro-Tem Jeff Cuthbertson, Rochester Hills Councilman Michael Webber, Torey Locsin from McLaren Hopspital, Whitney Raska from the Cancer Cadets Team who sang the National Anthem and to VFW Post 3909 for the Opening Flag Ceremony.

 

A special thanks to Rick Drummer who led the Sunrise Service Sunday morning and the City of Rochester and Rochester Hills Fire Departments for hosting the Pancake Breakfast.

 

To all of the entertainment, in order of appearance, Group Therapy, The Hip Shots, ALCIP, Bucknell Music and DJ music and Karaoke, with Karaoke by Liz and DJ Chase Blackmore who provided music through the day and into the night! Also, to The Rochester Ballroom who led Country Line dancing with Joshua Sabage & Brenna Stephen and The Motor City Irish Dance Company who performed Irish Dancing.
