Nutrition Seminar/CrossFit Inclusive

CrossFit Inclusive presents a Whiteboard Nutrition Seminar hosted by Eatology. The seminar will focus on providing information for the fitness enthusiast or athlete.
-Introduce Paleo/Primal/Zone/Whole30 clean eating lifestyles in an educational, non-bias class.

-Goal is to teach each individual how to control their hormones, body composition, performance etc through nutrition.

-A 3-Hour Digestion Experiment (optional). Determines how much food an individual should be eating at each meal. (for more information contact CrossFit Inclusive prior to the day of the seminar)

-Discuss the importance of keeping a foodlog and how to do it.

-What to buy at the grocery store

- Provide an education that will prepare the individual with the ability to control hormones, body composition and performance through nutrition

-Explain the interaction of food with our hormones  and how it can be controlled to lose fat, gain muscle, decrease inflammation, etc

-Leave the individual wondering why nobody has ever “Put It That Way Before”

CrossFit Inclusive is located at 361 South Street. South Street is located off of Diversion Street at the southeast end of Main Street heading north into downtown (east of the bridge...next door the Skate Park).

 The seminar is on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at 9:00 until approximately 12:00. There may be some physical activity so please dress to exercise/move around comfortably.
