I'm Getting Ready For a Bravo!

This girl is getting ready for Bravo Bravo! The biggest event in Detroit this summer benefiting the Michigan Opera Theatre.

If you've never seen an opera, you're missing out. I realize not everyone thinks it's their "thing" but it is such a great way to be cultured and experience art and culture from across the globe and across generations!

I'm part of the committee for BravoBravo, an amazing event at the Detroit Opera House Friday night and it will be THE party of the summer — just a bit of info now and then I'll give my own behind the scenes peeks today and tomorrow!

BravoBravo! has become one of the most talked-about and trendiest Detroit fundraisers, selling out for the past three years, with all proceed benefiting Michigan Opera Theatre. The 2011 event salutes Michigan's film industry, with guests experiencing movie magic as glamour moves off the silver screen and into the opulent Detroit Opera House. Three of Detroit's most involved young professionals co-chair one of the city's hottest and most-anticipated cultural events of the year: Dominic Arellano, Piper Carter and Jerrid Mooney.
