Live with Awareness is excited to partner with David Mills from OCC to present this essential American Heart Association Heartsaver® CPR AED program.......whether you are a parent, grandparent, a 'tween looking to get trained for babysitting, lifeguard or medical professional.
In this comprehensive 4 hour course, David will share with you the importance of staying present, connected and aware while administering CPR. You will learn the latest techniques for:
• Adult CPR and AED use
• Child CPR and AED use and infant CPR, including child and infant choking
This course teaches skills with AHA’s research-proven Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows instructors to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students’ learning of skills.
******Upon completion of this course, students receive an American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR AED Course Completion Card that is valid for two years.

Peaceful Birthing is a HypnoBirthing practice located in Rochester. The practice specializes in childbirth education courses, educating couples on the Mongan Method of HypnoBirthing. This method aims to limit birth pains through breathing techniques and relaxation. All classes last for 5 weeks.
