KidzKare is a local non-profit with purposes of literacy, health education and accessible health care for children. We collect gently used children's books and clothing for free redistribution to area children. Our "Recycled Reader" program is part of Kidz1st Pediatrics Reach Out and Read literacy project. Since the program began in July 2011 we have placed over 10,000 books in children's hands with a message of reading out loud every day! From May - December 2012, we provided 3-5 days worth of clothing to over 245 needy children. Help us help kids! Drop off gently used children's books and clothing any day - Thank you!
KidzKare is a 501 c 3 organization and you will receive a tax donation form when you bring things to the office.
