Abiding Presence is one of about 11,000 churches in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. It is led by Pastor Sharon Janot and offers Sunday School and other youth programs, as well as various Bible study groups and mission projects.
The church has a staffed nursery on Sundays for ages birth through five. Catechism classes teach children in seventh and eighth grades.
