Crittenton Home Care and Crittenton Hospital Medical Center’s Cardiovascular Program have been recognized by the City of Rochester Hills for excellence in cardiovascular care as part of National Cardiac Rehab Week, February 10-16, 2013.

Mayor Bryan Barnett issued a proclamation honoring Crittenton Home Care, Crittenton Cardiac Rehabilitation and the Shelton Heart Center.

“We are excited that the city recognized us as part of this national event,” said Crittenton Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager, Bernie Hung.
