Went through this this morning. What a mess. I have an apartment right at Avon and Livernois and cannot wait to move back to Troy this Fall. The light was still spending 2 minutes on traffic coming from the closed bridge and there's a lane on the new Avon bridge that COULD be open to allow cars to turn right from Avon but it's blocked by barrels. Don't understand. I know this work needs to get done, but it's just been a huge mess and a huge headache.
