First there were dark, rolling clouds. And then the sound of distant thunder. Next came the raindrops: giant ones, scattered over only a few random minutes of the evening.
And then, suddenly, this: a rainbow that stretched across the sky over Rochester and Rochester Hills on Wednesday night.

This rainbow is called Liberty's Rainbow Bridge. Liberty was my very special girl ---- a rescued retired racing greyhound that passed away just before that rainbow appeared. It appeared so that she could cross it to run freely without pain. She was almost 14 years old and the sweetest dog ever.
