Nonstop rain and temperatures in the high 50s on Tuesday made for a mid-winter thaw in Rochester and Rochester Hills.
Rochester Patch reader Laura Dinsmoor captured the thaw on camera on Tuesday at Rochester Municipal Park; that's a small log in the middle of the ice flow, she said.
