Man Caught Sneaking TVs Out Back Door of Rochester Hills Store

A 48-year-old Pontiac man was arrested Saturday afternoon after he was caught pushing two 50-inch TVs out the back door of the Rochester Hills Kmart.
According to a report from the Oakland County Sheriff's Office, it was a repeat crime: the man was also seen on camera on Friday and Saturday morning pushing two TVs out the same back door.
The incident was reported at 2:03 p.m. Saturday; sheriff's deputies responded to the scene to learn that a loss prevention officer for the store had stopped the man and an accomplice, but the two had fled in a pickup that was later stopped by sheriff's deputies.
One of the suspects, the Pontiac man, was arrested for several felony warrants, including the retail frauds.
While being transported to jail, the man complained of chest pains and was transported to Crittenton Hospital, the report stated.
The incident remains under investigation.

Why is that the crooks complain of chest pains when they are caught?
That ruse is costing tax payers money.
The crook's records need to be labeled, "When caught, complains of chest pains."
The crook only gets one crack at that police-time-wasting, doctor-time-wasting, hospital-cost wasting trick to evade going directly to jail.
There needs to be a deterent to using that excuse.
Overall, we need to do something to deter crimes being committed.

Tell him that all police hospital dropped off criminals have to undergo a mandatory enema and he might not try that excuse again!
