It's graduation week for students at Stoney Creek, Adams and Rochester high schools this week. To celebrate the achievements of these graduates, we want you to help us tell their stories. In this gallery, we invite you to post a photo of your graduate and tell what he or she plans to do next in the caption that goes along with it. 

We'll get things started with the stories of these 39 top scholars, compiled by Rochester Community Schools. 

Commencement ceremonies for all three schools will take place at Ultimate Soccer Arena: Stoney Creek tonight, Adams on Wednesday and Rochester on Thursday.
