Fire and Ice event ... we had both, Fire and Ice, in abundance and to see the crowds that came out for some great activities was very nice! Whoever thought to leave the Christmas lights up and then turned on for this event is to be commended! Thanks whoever you are. . :-)

Everyone's photo's are wonderful--the weather perfect-(finally). Kathy and Gordie, you took several photographs that I absolutely love--you captured the moment and the spirit--if someone wants, could they purchase copies of the photo's from you? I know I would.

The ice carvings displayed during the Fire and Ice event do not photograph well due to the background. Maybe next year the organizers could take this into consideration. Great event!

On our way home from work Friday night my 3 1/2 yr old and I, sat in a ton of traffic coming down the hill into Rochester, just to get home up behind the Royal Park. Then bundled up the little guy and in the wagon we went. Mom's pulling like crazy cause now it's 750p and we don't wanna miss one pop of the fireworks. The snow was coming down and the weather was COOOOLLLD. But we got down to the paint creek trail just in time to see the best winter fireworks, so beautiful with the light fluffy story book snow!
