The Kindergarteners at University Hills celebrated being 50 Days Smarter on November 15, 2012.   The children were encouraged to wear clothes from the 1950’s and to bring in 50 items to sort into groups of 5s and 10s.  They also participated in a Sock Hop, where they learned to do the Twist, Limbo, Hopscotch, and Jump Rope.  The day concluded by having a Rootbeer float and a bubble gum blowing contest.  As the children exclaimed, “This was the best day of Kindergarten EVER!”
