On Monday November 5, 2012 Colonel Marion Garcia and Sergeant Major Ralph Veppert presented Stoney Creek High School with a flag that flew over Ft. Sheridan to honor Stoney Creek’s commitment to Lieutenant Colonel Calvin Gross’ honorable service to our country.  Mr. Gross, Stoney Creek High School physical education teacher,  was recently promoted to Lieutenant Colonel and has served in the US Army Reserves since college.  Congratulations Lieutenant Colonel Gross and Stoney Creek High School.
