Royal Oak School Leader Named Principal of North Hill

Rochester Community Schools announced that David Pontzious has been named principal of North Hill Elementary School.
He replaces Michael Behrmann, who served as principal of the Rochester elementary school for 10 years. Behrmann was named in May as principal of Van Hoosen Middle School.
Pontzious is principal of Oakland Elementary School in Royal Oak. He previously worked as an assistant middle school principal, said Debbi Hartman, the community relations manager of Rochester Community Schools.
