The 2001 Rochester Rattlers returned home to Rochester on Sunday as Champions of the Traverse City Fall Colors Tournament.

The team battled it out the weekend of Oct. 14-16, playing a total of five games  and adding four wins (two of which were shut-outs) and one loss to their record. 

Assistant Captain Joey Gangola scored six goals over the course of the weekend and was named MVP of the tournament. The '01 Squirt AA Rattlers skate out of Rochester's Onyx and are coached by Derek Burkhart, Mike Chapie and Jeff Gangola.
