RCS Foundation Awards Grants To Support Student Learning
At the December 7, 2012 meeting of the Rochester Community Schools Foundation Board of Directors, over $19,000 in grants were approved to support teaching and learning for Rochester Community Schools students. The Rochester Community Schools Foundation raises funds to support and advance learning for all students by obtaining contributions for academics, arts, and athletics. Since its inception in 1995, the Foundation has raised over $8.4 million. Twice a year, grants are awarded by the Foundation.
