Found: One Teddy Bear, In Middle of Adams Road
We received this message from a reader that we wanted to share:
"I came across this very 'well-loved' Teddy today. He was in the middle of Adams Road between University and Tienken near Powderhorn Ridge Drive and the Village of Rochester Hills.
"I believe a small child may have dropped him from a stroller or the window of a moving car. I know how much my own daughter loves her special Pooh Bear so I was hoping you could post on Facebook and perhaps reunite him with his owner."
Is this your bear? Contact us and we'll help you reunite!

What a thoughtful, kind-hearted reader! . . . And what a tempting scene to kindle a storyteller's imagination:
The characterrs:
* A well-loved Teddy with mocha fur.
* A bereft child who lost a cuddly pal.
* A kind parent who adopts the bear until it goes home.
The setting:
* A community that cares about bears and children.
Think where E.B. White or Maurice Sendak.would take it!
Better yet, tell Kristin and her readers what plot outline your youngster(s) weave when you ask how Teddy gets home in time for a holiday . . .

Awww! I would hope if my daughter's "Sheepy" were found, there would be such a nice neighbor to place a notice. Thanks to the neighbor!! And I hope Teddy finds his home...
