Downtown Rochester will be holding a self-guided property tour on Thursday, August 25th from 1-7 p.m. for those interested in opening or expanding their small business. 

The tour will begin at 336 Main Street, near the corner of E. Fourth Street, where participants must check-in to receive their list of properties open during the tour.

Downtown Development Authority will have staff available to discuss grants and marketing tools available to new businesses. Representatives will be also be available at open properties to show each space and give lease or purchase details.
