Adams HS Varsity Basketball Team Stocks Pantry

On December 29, 2012 the Rochester Adams High School boys’ basketball team delivered two carloads of pantry goods to the Ronald McDonald House in Ann Arbor.  Throughout December, the boys encouraged their fans and fellow Highlanders to help them stock the pantry!  The Ronald McDonald Houses of Ann Arbor provide a temporary inexpensive “home away from home” for families that want to be near their children being treated at one of several world-class hospitals in Ann Arbor. The pantry items provide families with grab and go snacks that are very helpful during long days at the hospital.  Team Captain Zack Littleson stated, “this service project was a good team building experience and it was great to know that it was all for a good cause.” The team also delivered coloring books and needed items to C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital.  Visit rmh-annarbor.org to see how you can help the Ronald McDonald Houses of Ann Arbor and visit www.adamsbasketball.com  to view the AHS Varsity Boys upcoming game schedule
